CEO's don't know what is really happening in their business, P&G as an example

I reckon it would be easier to make contact with the President of America than with this company, again no one in the organization obviously ever does a ghost call to their companies to ensure customers actually have access to their organisation. But boy do they know how to charge for their brands that get give no support to the user? Poor show on the CEO
