Broken diapers broken hearted mom

Not even worth 1 star. I was on the phone with Lerato and her supervisor Thandeka at the customer service. They gave me R400 voucher just to shut me up. I asked for a contact number or an email address to reach the so called Germany client services to escalate the matter. I was told they are not allowed to give it to me and Thandeka offered me a universal email address as well as her name and nothing more. I have pictures of diapers tearing apart. Breaking. Bursting open. I am unemployed and my husband lost his job during Lockdown. We have another baby on the way. I expected more from pampers. I have spent thousands of Rands over the years on this product. I bought 2 bulk boxes of PREMIUM CARE diapers and they were both faulty diapers. I can also see I will not get any answer on this since they treat everyone as just another customer. They don't care they have enough money to survive. Enough for their families. Who are we? We pay their salaries. Regardless of what they provide. The service and product is absolutely horrible.
