Big ****s with leaking nappies

I bought a pack of pampers nappies they were leaking I took them back to the store they couldn't help me they told me to contact the manufacturer. So I contacted Pampers on their website they didn't answer me then I went to their Facebook page they took forever to answer me and asked me lots of questions then finally they offered me my money back as a voucher then I went to the store to use that voucher when I got there the voucher was invalid imagine I went to their Facebook page again to tell them they say there is nothing they can do when I was in store the cashier who was helping me was supposed to call them and tell them the voucher is invalid like since from when do cashiers call to report invalid vouchers. I'm so disappointed with the Pampers brand I have a loyal client of them for years but now they sell leaking nappies in their page there's a lot of people complaining too. They have lost me as customer I will try another brand
