Bad Service from P&G and SPAR

Hi,

I just recently bought the pampers Jumbo pack Kimbies at Spar grand Central Cape Town. (Bar Code 4 ***)

I took a few kimbies out of the bag and the wings is just off so I'm unable to tie it - or I take it out and put it on and the wing comes off.

I took it back to Spar and they said it cannot be refunded I need to contact you. Also, you toll free number says that the number doesn't exist when dialling.
