Bad service from Pampers

I'm very disappointed in the treatment I received from Pampers. They decided to include aloe lotion in the nappies and my baby had a bad reaction to it. I called them and reported the issue and they gave a voucher. I went to the shops again to buy another pack and made sure to check that the nappies are in a pack with no aloe indicators only to get home and find nappies with aloe in that pack.

Now they say there nothing they can do while they packed nappies with aloe lotion in old packaging that had no aloe indicators.
