Bad quality nappies and no response from their complaints (website)

I bought your "premium" brand for my 14 month old toddler. I discovered this morning however that the nappy “broke”. This is the first time I saw something like this happen (from any brand). I observed crystals everywhere that looks almost like salt. The bed and baby were wet with baby's urine and the crystals were everywhere. I am really disappointed at this stage as nappies are really expensive, especially your premium brand, where I certainly do not expect and incident like this to happen ...
