Bad quality Nappies

I bought a mega box and jumbo bag of Pampers from takealot. The Jumbo bag is the new air chambers. the mega box is the normal active dry, without the new air chambers, my problem is while the jumbo bag was perfect and kept him dry through out the night, the mega box, which i only opended one bag so far, has been so disappointing. The straps was not sticking , the wakes up twice during the night, cos his soaking wet, one morning, the nappy broke and all the insides was in his cot. nappies are not cheap and i cannot replace a whole bag cos of bad manufacturing. im thinking of moving over to Huggies if this continues.
