Bad Products

I have bought pampers pants from Shoprite Pelican Park on the 27th and they wont assist me with exchanging it. I used one and it leaks right through. your package says up to 12 hours or dryness when my son hasn't even had it on for 15 minutes.

And now I cannot use this, I have trying calling the number multiple times that's attached to package but all it says is that the number is no longer in working order. This is pathetic honestly.
