Bad Product and wasted product

After believing in the PAMPERS product we bought many bags of nappies for our baby and when opening of it we discovered the sticky part is open and cannot be stuck to the nappy once its on the little one. as we are new parents we went with this product as it was very popular and well used by others, we are now with a bigger problem where we are spending more an more money and throwing away nappies which were not used even.Its really upsetting and not what was expected from the product
