bad online service

so i complained about the brand pampers premium on messenger as i could not reach them in their email.i was then assisted by Nthabi yoh the lady has attitude and the service was bad.i received a 300 voucher which is invaild to use as their way of sorry and this was when after she told me to change my baby diaper each and every minutes. i then said okay i guess i must look at other brands that when she wanted images, trust me i have then multiples of them, but she kept on asking for the same image over and over again. she replies late.yoh i am not happy with their services.been using the pampers premium not just pampers since birth but now i am leaving the brand...bought two packs last week and now they are finished because it gets full within 30minutes
