Bad customer service with faulty nappies

<p>I bought 2 jumbo twin pack pampers premuim care nappies on the 21 of June 2016. When I opened the first pack i could only use 5 nappies of the pack the rest is faulty. I opened the second pack and took out 1 of the nappies and saw it was also faulty. P&G send me R200 because they said I only complaint about 5 nappies but that is untrue. I must buy 2 new packs and R200 does not even cover the cost of 1 new pack. I phoned the lady again and again and she still says R200 covers 5 nappies but i only used 5 nappies the rest of the 2 packs 107 nappies are faulty and unusable. I am very disappointed with the customer service and my problem is still not sorted out.</p>
