Bad batch of nappies

I bought pampers nappies at spar for black Friday and as we moved on to the second packet it started giving us problems. The nappie itself breaks on the side not long after use and the inside of the nappie would also come out as a result. I don't know if the nappies were old or not because maybe that's why it was doing that.
