Appalling service

I am appalled angry and very disappointed I called in to the consumer line to let know about the Pampers nappies that is continuously breaking at the tie band I spoke to Sinobuhle three times she keeps acting as though she cannot hear me or promise to call back but never does the service is appalling I am a single mother whom cannot afford to discard 4-5 nappies out of a pack because I cannot tie it. It is upsetting and what's more is the consumer service.
