Always damaged so much of my clothing

I have used always pads for years now. This month with my menstrual cycle the first pad the blood steeped right through almost nothing on the pad but my entire underwear is damaged. The very same night I put on a pad after 3 hours it once again steeped through damaging my underwear, pyjamas and bedding. I use the night time even during the day. This is really a bad product for the price I pay
