Allarming

I have always used Pampers Premium on my baby who is currently 10 months old. Recently I bought two boxes of pampers premium from Baby Boom and I had a quality issue with the nappies. They tear open within 3 hours and all of the gel comes out. I reported it to Pampers who assured me that they will send me vouchers and also take it up with Poland as this was a Poland batch. I went ahead a bought another box from PNP - AGAIN also a Poland batch, this time, the nappies had a very bad strong chemical smell, and the quality issue was again the same - nappies that doesnt last three hours without gel coming out on the sides. I reported it again to customer services who assured me it will be picked up from my house. Four days later I phoned AGAIN and spoke to the supervisor and explained to her that all of their FB page there is so many customer complaints about the same issue, and I asked her what should I do, as I am to scared to buy another box, is there issues with the nappies? She again told me they will be picking up the nappies, this was Friday the 8th of May. I am still waiting - no phone calls like I was promised, nothing.
