<p>i took my cellphone for repair during the holiday time in december 2016 in procell Thaba Nchu. they indicated to me that my cellphone will be fine within seven days. later i went back to get it but it was not ready yet. first week of january i went there again they told me the same reason. i informed them that they should contact me immediatly the phone is ready because i am working in another town and i am gone be in thaba nchu again in ester holidays. they agreed that they will inform me to make necessary arrangement. they did not call me, today when i send someone to collect the phone they says the phone was sold because it has being there for long line. i asked about the manager's number for enquiries they refused and says i can do whatever i want to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>i want an assistance with this matter, should i take legal action again them?</p> <p> </p>
