POOR STAFF TRAINING

<p>I recently took my phone for repairs at procell in protea glen and was told my phone would be ready after 3days. I came to check on it after a week and was told to come back after another week. I did this and another consultant told me the repair man was busy because he was working alone so I need to Check after two weeks. I told the consultant to notify me once my phone was repaired he agreed. I got a call after two months saying my phone was going to be sold if I don't come collect it, I told the consultant I couldn't come collect as I'm in another province he rudely hung up before I could get his name. I went today to the store and was told my phone was moved to the wherehouse and they would strip it for spare or sell it. My question is why wasn't I notified when I booked my phone in. 2 is it possible for procell to sell my phone without a written consent. I'm really disgusted by the attitude those guys have.</p>
