Poor customer service and

I was at Procell next to Cosmetics in Kroonstad at 9 am this morning. The gentleman that works there with tattoos on his arms was having sort of a meeting with his friends at the door. I waited to be served but I was totally ignored for about 5 minutes. Very unprofessional.
