Harassment!!! I was told screen protector doesn't perform miracles

I went to fix my screen at Procell Vereeniging and I bought a screen protector also my phone fell and my screen broke yet the screen protector didn't no one assisted me, instead I was told screen protector does not perform miracles by the manager including the staff I told my colleague she went to ask them and they told her they were just joking but my issue was still not resolved
