Broke phone while repairing it.

I want to put in a complaint against Pro Cell in Zastron street Bloemfontein. I had to give my phone 4x back and every time I get it back they broke something else. How can n repair shop give your phone more broken back than it was before. And do they not test it before they give it back??<br> <br> <br> Can some please have a look at the people there and if they are even capable to do their jobs.<br> <br> I had my card reader repaired. When I got my phone back the card reader did not work. They fix it again. Then the camera quality was not the same you cannot even take a picture, i thought they put a broken on in my phone. I had to take it back again. When I gave it back they said they will repair it. After a month I got it back. Still not in correct working order so I gave it back again. Lasly I got it back and the camera look better but still not 100%, the flash also do not work on the phone now. So I had to take it back again. I got it back yester day and still the flash is not working and the camera quality is not what is suppose to be.<br> <br> Did they put and old camera on my phone?? Everything was in working condition when I gave it in. Now my phone is bugged up and they cannot fix it. i
