PRO BUNDLE UNKNIWN DEDUCTION

How does one get contract details for this company. Not even the bank has this. I have had a deduction for ages and I don't even know who they are. I see other people complaining that it is some sort of telecommunications company. I WANT A REFUND URGENTLY!
