Incompetence

This company is *********** on all levels , called me in May or June this year to inform me of outstanding account I have with a Dr but could not supply me with details thereof . I requested banking details & info on the "account" and supp**** all my contact details. Heard nothing from them since but now I received a summons to appear in court!!!!
