AI Review Summary

Based on recent customer reviews, Pro Debt Solutions is drawing heavy criticism from South African consumers over its outbound telesales approach. Reviewers repeatedly describe cold calls promising lower interest rates on loans and bonds, followed by SMS consent notices and placement under debt review they say they never authorised. Frustrations include blocked bank accounts, undistributed payments to creditors, unreachable consultants, ignored emails and steep cancellation fees around R8000. A small number of reviewers praise the team's attitude, hope and respect, but positive feedback is rare.
