Bad Service

This review is for JHB Edenvale branch. Do NOT go there. They are starting to rip you off step by step. I took my car there to check the problem. The next day they called me to tell, my power steering pump needs to be replaced. I said, carry on. After a week they called me to say, they need to replace my control arms. I said carry on. After another week they called me to say the car is ready. I went to fetch my car but the problem was still there. They say sorry. Let us check it again. So, I left my car there. They called me after 3 days and said they found the problem. Said my steering rack is faulty. I asked them that do you know what are you doing? Every time you are asking me more money... They said the problem is definitely the steering rack. I asked to them what about pump and control arms you replaced? They told me lot of stories. Anyhow, They fixed the steering rack too. They started with R4500 and I ended up paying R16000. They kept my car there 32 days. Now my steering wheel is not turning back easily after I take turns and terrible squealing sound from the pump when the engine is colt. I asked my old pump. They told me they throwed away. Control arms? They said they throwed away... If you want to get ripped of then you can go to that place. By the way, I wanted to speak to the owner but there was no owner around all the time and they didn't want to give me the owner contacts. NOTE: Raymond is not working there anymore. Someone was recommended him. That's why I went there. He was good and cared for his clients I heard. After him, seems everything went down.
