Real estate agent neglect

Viewed a house via Privatelandlords viewing went well. Sent the rental application in and was told to wait for days for a response. I was not informed once by the rental agent that if i heard nothing from them it meant that out application was unsuccessful. So i waited and emailed the agent to find out of the progress is going with my application and no response was given for a whole day. Felt as if the agent was ignoring my emails. I then logged on to the site and had to send a email on the website. I received a response on behalf of the agent dealing with my application that my application was declined. NOT EVEN THE AGENT COULD CONTACT ME!!!! The excuse was that the agents sometimes wait a while to receive word from the landlords. I understand that yes!! But it would have been decent and professional if the agent dealing with my application could have sent me a email response when i initially contacted her.

I had to send emails and try and get a response from them which is utter nonsense!! I would most definitely not recommend Privatelandlords at all!!!!!!!
