Worst experience ever

I went to the PSIRA Offices on Wednesday for collection of my certificate, the worst experience I received from this one of the lady who works there. I couldn’t even get her name because she was rude, and soo undermining. She was sitting next to her Supervisor if not her team leader, she is light in complexion and she is Venda! She is the rudest person I have ever come across and Not even professional. She doesn’t even know how to speak to clients, she belittles people maybe because they are at the offices for the security certificate. She is the worst ever
