Worse service ever

I had the worse experience ever, I was trying to renew my brother’s PSira certificate online. I paid R250 but my application wasn’t successful because apparently I did wrong. I contacted them to request the refund I spoke to Sunny MAOTOANE he emailed me the form that I needed full. On the 31st of March I sent my documents to him. He never responded to my emails, I sent several emails he doesn’t respond. He doesn’t answer the phone anymore. Even today I haven’t received my money back
