Worse Service

This must be the worse institution to deal with, the incompetency levels of their stuff is head busting. had a company registration enquiry with them that has lasted for months due to the fact that their newly introduced system failed to work properly processing the payment. the funds were taken from our account and confirmed by our bank yet psira is failing to help even when provided with the proof of payment. they don't answer their calls, you have to fight to get response via emails, where they will lie to you and promise to solve problems. This is a disaster. One doesn't know where to report all this incompetency because even the big bosses are nowhere to be found. very sick
