WHAT A NIGHTMARE

What a nightmare to visit their Pretoria office. My son went there today to get his "A" PSIRA certificate. What a mess! Unfriendly, unprofessional staff with no direction and willingness to assist. Their Centurion office did not record his fingerprints and he to have it taken again. Nobody to assist at the fingerprint section and when I asked a bland reply of "she will be back just now" the only response and the person chewing gum as if it is going out of fashion!

When my son was directed to the Pretoria office by the Centurion office (where he registered) he wasn't informed off all the requirements such as a copy of his ID or that he had to take his own pen with!

With all the millions they make representing the biggest single industry in the country they can't afford pens or counters where people can complete the necessary forms!

Don't try to phone, ***, to complain or to enquire as the phone just rings and rings!
