Waiting waiting waiting waiting.

Good day. I have tried to get my fingerprints verified But each time it gets marked as CRC Retake. I went by a few police stations to ensure fingerprints was correct on my second attempt and thy proved it a few times saying its 100% readable and correct! I know a few people that sturgle to get there Fingerprints verified and keep failing one person even did it 8 times. NOW i dont have money as i AM WAITING to get verified to be able te get a job. i cant keep playing this Toss a paper and get shredded game. i even emailed at *** and ***. my first time i asked if i can go Directly to Afriswitch and have them send it over as you work trough them. thy said no i have to come in. i then wanted to ask something els and thy closed the ticket. i then proceeded to reply to the email of the ticked as it said reply within 8 hours. thy then within 10 mins Closed that ticket. I have opend a new ticket and have not received a response. I have a family to support and i cant find a job. i have a few jobs lined up with security but I CANT GET TROUGH THIS PHASE. Whats going on? do thy Lose, tear, smudge, forget about the paper or what happens WHY does it keep declining. if i can get more info i can be able to improve. BUt i dont get any infomation at all. you just say O you have to come in and retake the fingerprints.
