Uncaring, toothless body

Unfortunately and very sadly this body is toothless and not really interested in carrying out its mandate. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of their registered companies. I reported it in writing and also provided proof of my claims. The person who responded said there was nothing PSIRA could do and that I must go to the police station to report the person I was complaining about. I did so but also asked them to look into my allegations which was very serious and which would preclude such a person from practising as he is dishonest, *****lent and taking bribes to lie in the media and make serious false statements at court. Yet I find that PSIRA acts against other security companies, so I'm puzzled as to what criteria they use to decide who they will help and who they will reject!!!
