Terrible client service

Psira advertise on Facebook ext. that all new applications will be processed within 4-6 weeks. So I've app**** or submitted my new application 6 weeks ago . After confirming with the Head Office they assured me I could courier all my documents through to them and this I did (6 weeks ago). Two weeks after delivery I contacted them to see if all is in order and I was advised that my qualification document and proof of address are not included within the parcel couriered. I informed them it was send and emailed them proof - asking them to double check for the originals. Since then NO response - several update emails - inquiry emails - phone calls (goes unanswered) - AND then the climax email response today, "sorry we cant find you on our system". So, you cant find my application of six weeks ago or am I not on the system because my application is between nowhere and elsewhere? This service is terrible! The Law binds you to register with Psira - yet they take for ever to get you registered! I'm still in the dark about my application - a simple courtesy sms will be enough for me as long as I know my application is being worked on but for now I remain in the dark.
