Shocking service

I write this letter with great disappointment I experienced from your office in Centurion on the 02 March 2015 at 09:57am. It very disheartening to think that, in this day, not only do you NOT get the help you need but the person attending to you is this grumpy, cantankerous person with an attitude a size of an elephant. She did not even give me her name, she just couldn't be bothered. <br> <br> My story start with me being employed at SANDF on a contract basis (which will be coming to an end soon).I'm pursuit and intensely looking for a career in the private security sector. I've done the security training, I've acquired all Grades A, B, C-E and all that is left is to be registered with PSIRA. I was turned away by your office because of my current employer being the SANDF. I was told I there is an Act that prohibit Government employees to register with PSIRA. My problem is firstly I'm not full time at the Force and I'm looking for career in the private security sector, surely that reason enough.<br> <br> I feel that this so-called Act is very discriminating and partial.
