PSIRA not an Authority to assist Security Officers

I have been trying to hand in and verify my fingerprints for the past two years, visiting the Centurion office on a weekly and then monthly basis. My status is inactive as I have not been working in SA for the past 10 years, but it's Provisionally Rejected. Why, it's unknown, because my Registration Status was 100% when I was working in SA. Every time I went to the office to hand in my fingerprints and to have them verified on the small fingerprint scanner, I was told the system was either not working or the person working with it is not working and was on leave. How am I supposed to fix this to apply for work again if no one wants to help
