Psira *******ly charging subscription fees

We advised Psira that the business closed down and no longer operates. Even tho we did this they still want us to pay 1 years subscription regardless. We advised them this is against the consumer protection act and they cant charge us for services we wont be using. They advised this is their own internal mandate and they don't care about what any one or any law says. We have tried for months to get this resolved but to no avail. All they do is pass the buck and we have thus far dealt with 3 different people but not a person in charge for some reason. Emails go unanswered and calls never get returned. I have dealt with Henrietta Fredericks/Koleka Faba/Thabisa Mduba/Ushi Kukwane/Getrude Masela....still no resolution.
