The workers are very rude and disrespectful they don't value us or render us proper service towards our consultation and there phone's are always ringing till your airtime finished...they are too slow they work with poor system and when we complain to the complaints officer department in Psira they don't take us serious we have to wait on a line to pay for hours they take lunch while we wait for hours and then they will be on calls with friends and family using the company phones while assisting us and other people come far just like centurion Psira they don't assist black people they will send you back that it's only director's assisted but you will find White people quing on the line to get assistance with there sira and we don't...they are getting money from us but they don't value or respect us.
