PSIRA bad service

We are trying to register a company with the private security industry regulatory authority and are continually being sent away. Are we not customers/clients? Are they not there to service us? The offices in JHB both loveday and marshal street send us away continually saying they are not registering businesses today or they cannot help us or the responsible person is on leave. What do we need to do in order to get assistance? This is bad service from a body who's clients provide better services than themselves. They can't even print us our certificates, the only item we need for our application. This is sickening. I'm going to the head office today to try and get assistance.
