POOR SERVICES

Mthatha Branch's serves is so poor.

Last week on the 04th March 2021 i received an sms telling me to come and collect my PSIRA i am booked for to between 07h30 - 08h30. arrived here early before that time and we were only assisted alter 10 only because one of us complained telling them that she is going to report their ********* behavior.

When it was my turn i was only told that their system is not working of which i do not understand they supposed to have other alternative otherwise not letting us to stand in the they should have walked the line.

And the day i came to apply for PSIRA i also experience *********ly behavior.

I called *** and i spoke to a lady who did not want to give me her name as she said she is Consultant number 04. My concerned is i am coming far and i had to spend R400 plus to come and collect my PSIRA.

Consultant number 04 said she cant be able to help me i must speak to the Branch Manager.
