Poor service delivery

I'm Rekhotho Tshikani Vidah ID NO. ***,I have renewed my psira certificate on the 10 February 2022 via online, It was successfully renewed and I also managed to download my certificate. Now the status on online it shows that my renewal is still pending and it blocks my opportunity. I have tried to call and also went to the office but still not yet helped. I'm busy doing leanership and now they want to terminate my contract due to that. They promise to sort it in 2 days now it's 2 weeks. Am so so disappointed by their service because it cause confusion.
