poor service at security industry regulatory authority

My name is grace, dew to the policy of changing psira certificates, I was there since 4:30 am until 15:30 pm when the secuties close the doors, my concern is that I was number 58,I couldn't enter, the queue moves each an every after one hour, can someone dodo something because you stand on the queue for so many hours for nothing is not fair
