Poor service and no care in the world what happens

Reported an ******* security company that's been operating and invading tax for months..I spoke to Benneth Makitla in Pretoria via email and telephonically for weeks and he kept telling me that it's too early to investigate. Spoke to him Reported and send him all relevant proof of this ******* security company to no avail...it's rally disheartening to say the least..why encourage people to report if actually there's no consequences?? Anyway the company is still operating and Bennett said it's too early to ask feed back 6 weeks later..cheers
