Poor service

On the 5th of November 2018, my son app**** for a psira certificate filled out the form and made a payment which was specified on the form R200. Months passed without anything from their side, by February I decided to check on their app only to found out the status says he is provisional rejected. I sent an email enquiring about that and I was told the payment was short of R10 on the 27th of February 2019 I transferred the R10 through my bank account and called them and told them I had made a payment and the lady asked that I send a copy so they can allocate it and finalise the registration I did send it and that was the last I heard from them. Upon checking the status again the following month still the status was ' provisional rejected ' . Again I made a R10 payment and emailed to enquire, the guy who responded to my email(Thabo) told me again to send the proof of payment, which I did and he told me he sent it to the financial department so that they'll allocate it and he said it will take up to 8weeks for it to be finalized. The 8weeks ended on June after that I called because again the status was still the same 'provisional rejected' and I spoke to the lady (Shareen Mathabathe) who asked me again to email the proof of payment so that she'll send it through the financial department, I guess she did cause she sent me an email which was sent to the financial department for allocation but still upon checking again this month which is July 2019 the status still says 'provisional rejected '
