New online bookings

I did book online as per Psira regulations they gave me a reference number and a date and time slot, I was there by my time slot I did advise the female security officer by the door I have a reference number and a time slot to renew, she advised me It does not matter and I should join the back off the line, also payment says R20 for second time renewal LIES it was R50. TERRIBLE SYSTEM
