It's useless to book an appointment

PSIRA has bad service from booking an appointment to getting your fingerprints or photo taken I booked an appointment 12h00 and I waited in the queue untill this very moment at 13h47 with no possible way in being assisted. Definitely a waste of time by wasting an entire day to get registered onto there data base. Branch being used Johannesburg Town Please do better for individuals using your services I can't be spending an entire day here to uploaded on your database.
