it’s not a smooth or pleasant experience
My experience with PSIRA has been pretty disappointing. While I understand they play an important role in regulating the security industry, their processes feel overly complicated and slow. I’ve had to deal with delays in certification and poor communication, which made things frustrating and time-consuming. It’s not the worst, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service. Two stars because they get the job done eventually, but it’s not a smooth or pleasant experience
