Impossible to book appointment

Terrible service, it is impossible to make an appointment for registration. I have been trying for over 2 years to upload my sasseta certificate so claim my psira certificates, not a single opening. There is no way to get information directly from them so it is unclear as to what documents are required to do an registration. Only way to figure this out is to speak to someone who has already registered with them already
