I have never struggled with anything from my first time visiting JHB branch all went smooth for registration, and the second time when I went to collect certificate it was also easy, didn't have to stand a long queue as I booked online. Bloem branch I booked but it was not busy I got assistance quite quickly ¹⁰/10
