I did my training with bapnya security training back in 2014 and registered with pirsa 2021 of may/June cause I submitted my documents to the institution in April so they can register on my behalf

I did my training with bapnya security training back in 2014 and registered with pirsa 2021 of may/June cause I submitted my documents to the institution in April so they can register on my behalf. In June I went/login to psira website to check myself and lucky I appeared on their system...the problem is with their booking off psira collection cause they are done online.I ended up sending them an email where they responded by giving me a number to call for assistance which I did, I called them more than once to secure the booking so instate on being answered my call was dropped twice without been helped...so now how are we suppose to receive our documentation without them assisting us...the next thing due to desperation we end up been told that we must make payment for bookings by people we don't know if ever they work for psira or what
