Durban branch is full of *****sters and exploitation of the vulnerable.

To say I'm livid is an understatement.

A month ago, I assisted my brother with his renewal of the certificate, made an online payment and it went through fine a total of R320 with a reprint included. He then went to the branch in Durban station to collect his things and he was asked for a reference number of which there was none nor the website didn't show any portal to further access the reference number.

He went back again, and I told him they need to log into his profile to access his details as everything in his profile show the payment including time of payment. Now here is the thing the door man who controls the line makes them pay extra that goes into his pocket a total of R200 for reference and if you don't have a profile they pay R250. Make me understand what kind of exploitation this is? because there is no way he is doing this alone in this, I've tried calling all the contact numbers provided but they cut after a few minutes of holding the line.

In all honesty we all know securities are mostly not educated to be exploited by the only company that should be protecting them its utterly disgraceful, they are earning way less than the average South African.

And another thing open more branches, KZN is way too big to have 1 branch. I look forward to your response!

Ow, to enter inside the branch you need a reference number. How many securities who encounter what my brother did and payed the guy that R200? he cashes in a lot in a day I'm sure as the lines are always too long he also has multiple mobile phones to access into civilians' profile of which he only needs a tablet at most. Look into this

Good day, we have launched a new ***** hotline as per below details. Renewal is R70 and if you want a printed certificate, it is another R70 which amounts to R140.

No other additional money required to pay. The door man are you referring to the Queue Marshall or someone operating outside PSiRA? in terms of reference number you get it when you book on your profile and it can be accessible on your profile. We will also raise the matter internally.

Reviewer Update
Hi sweetie.

Firstly I'm not satisfied with your response to say the least!
Secondly you're not even apologizing for the inconvenience I'm going through having to write this review.
Thirdly your maths is wrong coz I'm telling I payed R200 coz a reprint is R120.

Just for your information a girl from Mnambithi had to pay R250 to be assisted none to say the least she had spent the night in a taxi coz of this 1 useless branch. Now make me understand how is it that this only 1 security company in the whole of South Africa has 1 branch in KZN.

Ow and before you attach any information kindly double check them coz this ***** alert details are missing.

Lastly it someone operating outside Psira now my question is how is the reference number is not available when booking is done coz I'm telling you it not available and someone who is not a security has this portal that opens for 3min.

Action needs to be taken ASAP!
