disrespectful security officer

My son and I rushed my father to the bonteheuwel hospital at about 18:40. As my son pushed my father into the hospital while I processed the paperwork. After a while the secuty gaurd - Siphokazi rlekoiso told me that I need to move the car and I explained to him that my son will be moving the car as soon as he lifts my father out of the wheelchair onto a bed.the security then aprubtly rep**** and said mam don't try your phycological things with me you need to move your car. Insulting infront of so many people. This officer spoke so arrogantly and disrespectfully to me its sad to see people being mistreated like this in sensitive situations
